At Solar Web, we strive to process and dispatch your high-performance solar equipment as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location within South Africa, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for major metropolitan areas (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) and up to 10 business days for regional or remote locations.
Delivery Methods
We use specialized logistics partners experienced in handling sensitive solar technology. For large solar panel arrays and battery storage systems, we offer heavy-duty freight delivery. Smaller components like inverters or monitoring hardware are shipped via express courier services. All shipments include comprehensive tracking so you can monitor your equipment's journey to your installation site.
Terms & Installation Coordination
Delivery is considered complete once the equipment arrives at the specified address. We recommend coordinating your delivery date with your professional installation schedule to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods. Any delivery discrepancies or shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to ensure prompt resolution under our shipping protection terms.
